This development is located in the N.W. quarter of the S.E. quarter of Section 9, Township 15S, Range 14E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies parcel numbers 138-10-013A and 138-10-013B, covers approximately 3.97 ± acres, and is zoned as Light Industrial Zone 1 (I-1). The nearest major roadway intersection is East Hemisphere Loop and South Palo Verde Road, approximately 50 feet to the southwest of the subject development. This site does lie within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the proposed project and is not requiring a resubmittal.
