Site Engineering Review Comments:
1. Application incomplete Refer below:
a. As the previous DP17-0133 associated with this property is fully closed out – This submission does not qualify as a “Revision” to a site plan. It will be required that this new development package be treated as a brand-new submission.
i. Revisions are processed if changes occur after the permit is issued.
b. This means that a new established plan set will need to formatted/created so that it essentially proposing this new building on a developed/existing site. This means no revision verbiage and no revision clouds.
c. The drainage statement should follow suit with removing the “revision” scope of this development. Also revise the statement to better suit format requirements as established by the City of Tucson Drainage Manual Section 2.3.2 – This includes providing supplemental materials such as the arial map showing all established sub-watersheds and concentration points.
