Provide the development package case number, TD-DEV-0426-00087 adjacent to the title block on all sheets 2. Based on the waste stream calculations provided on the cover sheet – demonstrate how the additional waste generated will be realistically managed. To allow for the continuation of the existing service and potential additional pick-up service – Environmental Services approval will be required - The contact to reach out to at ES will be Andy Vera at Andy.vera@tucsonaz.gov. Please submit the approval provided for the resubmission of this development package. If it is decided that a new enclosure is necessary – provide trash enclosure construction details in compliance with TSM 8-01.5.0 It’s encouraged to use the figures presented in TSM 8-01.9.0 for minimum basis for details for the Dumpster layout shown. 3. Provide a construction detail(s) relating to the gate and fence as referenced by Keynotes #8 & 9 on sheet 3. If they are existing – including existing within the keynote. 4. Provide a construction detail(s) relating to the referenced concrete splash block Keynote #8 – Will this be a pre-cast loose splash block or imbedded pavement? This is due to the geotechnical report stating that loose blocks should not be used. 5. Revise/update the notes under “WORK TO BE DONE” on sheet 4 – Standard specifications for public improvements should be “PAG standard specifications and details for public improvements (2015 Edition) Pima County and City of Tucson” a. #2 Pavement Marking Design Manual & #3 Traffic Signing Design Manual should be – “Pima County/City of Tucson Signing and Pavement Marking Manual (2020)” – The two previously separate manuals have effectively been merged into one. b. It appears the correct editions/manuals are referenced on sheet 2 6. It appears notes #11-13 under Paving notes (sheet 2) are duplicated – revise accordingly. Drainage Statement Comments: 7. Revise the drainage document to provide sufficient references within the Appendix showing that the drainage improvements initially completed under DP16-0184 completely factored in the construction of this proposed expansion.
