| 05/09/2025 | NPPO Standard | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | CDRC TRANSMITTAL PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT REVIEWER: CHAD KELLER, RLA SITE LANDSCAPE/NATIVE PLANT PRESERVATION SECTION PROJECT: STARR PASS GOLF RESTROOMS – SOUTHEAST SITE ACTIVITY NO: TD-DEV-0425-00127 ADDRESS: 3195 W LOST STARR PL ZONING: R-1 – RESIDENCE ZONE This plan has been reviewed for compliance with applicable development criteria in the City of Tucson Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-11 and Technical Manual (TM) Section for landscape, native plants, and water harvesting. Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all of the Site Landscape and NPPO Section review comments have been addressed. SITE LANDSCAPE/NPPO SECTION COMMENTS: 1. Make sure the inventory key symbols match the symbols shown on the aerial vegetation plan on the NPPO sheet. The key is in color and the plan is black. This is for clarity and consistency. 2. The plant mitigation calculations per the last column calls out (4) Acacia constricta, (1) Carnegiea gigantea, (1) Celtis pallida and (1) Cercidium microphyllum to be included as mitigation plants. Indicate the final location area for these native plants and temporary irrigation running to the plants. If this is a misinterpretation of the calculations on my part, then please provide a summary of plants required for transplant and mitigation on all NPPO plans for clarity. 3. Provide the development package activity number, TD-DEV-0425-00127, adjacent to the title block on all sheets. 2-06.4.3 Thank you.
