Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all of the Site Landscape and NPPO Section review comments have been addressed. SITE LANDSCAPE/NPPO SECTION COMMENTS: 1. Include the landscape sheets with this revision. The new water line appears to be too close to the proposed required tree. Canopy trees over 20 feet tall should be set back from an underground water line a minimum of 10 feet. Adjust the tree location so that it is clear of the new buried water line or adjust the water line location. Include all utility lines associated with the project on all landscape sheets. Also update the sheet index to include the landscape sheets. For utility line setback from plant material see below.
