Prepare and submit a (revision) to the original Development Package for the property if applicable (search in Property Research Online); or submit a new Development Package. The new Development Plan can be drafted by hand or using AutoCAD. The layout must be to scale with a north arrow and show specific landmarks (property lines, streets, parking lots, buildings, existing landscape areas, etc.). 1a. The new planting plan drawing to include area(s) of turf to be removed and total square footage, placement of drought tolerant plant material covering 50% of the square footage of removed turf, and show the area depressed 6” for rainwater harvesting. Show the irrigation point of connection to the existing irrigation system or mainline. Include a pressure reducing valve for the conversion from a spray system to a drip or bubbler system.
