Prepare and submit a (revision) to the original Development Package for the property if applicable (search in Property Research Online); or submit a new Development Package. Consult with a professional that has experience compiling development plans for review and approval by the City of Tucson. 1a. New planting plan that clearly shows the turf removal area. Drawing to include area(s) of turf to be removed and include the total square footage, drought tolerant plant material covering 50% of the square footage of removed turf, and show the area depressed 6” for rainwater harvesting. 1b. New irrigation plan that shows revised irrigation for the new plant material placed in the turf removal area. 2. Submit Tucson Water Turf Rebate Eligibility Confirmation PDF.
