It has been determined that the submitted plans do not provide sufficient information to complete a plan review. The following items need to be addressed prior to re-submittal. 1. Provide a Development Package (DP) that meets the requirements of the Administrative Manual (AM) 2-06. As this site is made up of 8 parcels which act as a single site the development package shall show all 8 parcels. 2. 2-06.4.7.A.8.d - When the proposed site is part of a larger site, the calculations encompass the entire site, whether existing or proposed. If the project is being phased, calculations must show that, at each phase, requirements are being met.
