Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all comments were addressed.

Comments:
1. COTC Sec. 25-39 - Maximum curb cut width is 35 feet. Maximum driveway width at the property line is 30 feet. Please show the new proposed main entrance meets these standards. P. A. G. SD 207 also has a design for a median pedestrian refuge area (page 8) which could be another design option.
2. SDG 3-14 - Where sidewalks are crossed by driveways, the sidewalk should be dominant, maintaining the level, slope, and material of the sidewalk. You can email me for examples and see the Street Design Guide for drawings.
3. SDG 3-15, SDG 5-10 - Driveways should be designed for 10 mph turning speeds for passenger cars. Driveways designed with curb returns (as opposed to aprons) should use the smallest practical curb return radius to encourage slow turning speeds. 20’ is recommended for driveways off Suburban Thoroughfares like Speedway Blvd.
4. SDG 3-15, P. A. G. SD 206 - Concrete sidewalks across driveways should be no less than 6-inches thick.
