This development is located in the N.W. corner of the N.W. quarter of Section 18, Township 15S, Range 15E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies parcel number 141-08-528A, covers approximately 2.75 ± acres, and is zoned as Heavy Industrial Zone (I-2). The nearest major roadway intersection is South Wilmot Road and East Littletown Road, approximately 3,000 feet to the northwest of the subject development. This site does lie within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace.
