Site Engineering Review Comments:
1. Previous comment #6.a not addressed correctly. In the title block on the lower right of each sheet there should be a sheet number of the number of pages. So for sheet one there would be a 1 of 5, and you would continue this on each sheet.
2. As this development package TD-DEV-0326-00068 has not been fully approved and issued, every change made until full first approval does not need to be revision clouded. Revise plans to remove all revision clouding from the plan set. Revisions are processed if changes occur after the permit is issued.
3. Clarification is required – has the scope of the sites two new entrance gates been removed from the current proposed development? The comment response states the Alvernon gate was removed from the scope, but the plans also appear to have removed the gate along Presidio RD.
4. It also appears the gate enlarged plans and fencing details were removed. Provide all associated dimensioned construction details for the new fencing & gate(s).

COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

Section 3.3.3.G.5.c UDC, An applicant has one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a site plan that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application, unless an ordinance adopted by Mayor and Council during this period states otherwise. A site plan application that has been in review for a period of one year and has not yet been approved is considered denied. To continue the review of a site plan for the property, a new site plan must be submitted that complies with regulations in effect at the time of re-submittal. The new submittal initiates a new one-year review period. One year Expiration date is April 2, 2027.

SECTION 2-06.0.0: DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE (TENTATIVE PLATS AND SITE PLANS)

1. COMMENT: Per communication with our Site Engineering team, please resubmit updated plans that address both Site Engineering and Site Zoning comments.
