Provide the development package case number, TD-DEV-0326-00068, adjacent to the title block on all sheets. 2. Provide the Zoning and Land Use General note: “The developer, any successors and assigns, will hold the City of Tucson, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims for damages related to the use of this development as shown hereon, now and in the future, by reason of flooding, flowage, erosion, or damage caused by water, whether surface flood or rainfall.” AM 2-06.4.7.B.1 3. Provide the Zoning and Land Use General Note: “Drainage will remain in its natural state and will not be altered, disturbed, or obstructed other than as shown on this site plan.” AM 2-06.4.7.B.3 4. Provide the Zoning and Land Use General Note: “Any relocation or modification of existing utilities and/or public improvements necessitated by the proposed development will be at no expense to the public.” AM 2-06.4.7.D 5. Update the site expansion and lot coverage calculations to include the full scope of the shipping container referenced. 8. Revise the plan set to provide Sight visibility triangles for all site entrance in compliance with TSM 10-01.5.0. NOTE: Alvernon WY & Presidio RD, Alvernon is designated as an Arterial RD and Presidio RD is designated as a minor/local road. These designations will be used for Table 5.3. Refer to TSM 10-01.9.0 Figures 16-18 for examples of SVTs. 9. For the entrance along Alvernon WY, because it is designated as an Arterial Road, show vehicle maneuverability to demonstrate how a vehicle who attempts to use the closed/gated off entrance can turn around onsite without having to back up into Alvernon WY ROW.
