Site Engineering Review Comments:
1. Provide the development package case number, TD-DEV-0326-00061, adjacent to the title block on all sheets.
2. Per DSSDR 5.3.1.8.a, provide a call-out/keynote showing the inlet for the water harvesting basin to the north of building #5.
3. Demonstrate that both Rainwater Harvesting basins fall in compliance with the required minimum setback structures per DSSDR 5.3.1.11.d
a. The Geotech report within section 7.1 provides a setback of 5 feet minimum, revise plan set to show adherence to said setback.

plan submitted 3/13/2026. There are existing facilities within the development which are
depicted upon the plan. POSSIBLE CONFLICTS WITH OVERHEAD POLE LINE
ALONG WARREN AVE, PLEASE CONTACT TEP DESIGN IF A RELOCATION IS
REQUIRED
Enclosed is a copy of a TEP facilities map showing the approximate location of the
existing facilities. Any relocation costs will be billable to the customer.
To apply for electric service, please call the New Construction department at (520) 918-
8300. Please submit a final set of plans including approved site, electric load, paving
off-site improvements and irrigation plans. If available, include a PDF version of the
plans.
