Dimension the Sight Visibility Triangles for Roger Rd (265’ near side/110’ far side) per TSM 10-01.5.3. 6. Call out Keynote 8 as “Sight Visibility Triangles” TSM10-01.5.3. 7. Please label Keynote 6 location on the plans. 8. Call out COT detail for the 6” extruded curb on the plans/Keynote 3. Pedestrian Circulation and Vehicle Use Area Comments: 9. Proposed striping for the new radii and channelization of the PAAL and “Pick-up Window” is required to be a minimum of 4”. UDC 7.4.6-G 10. Provide dimension between the existing building and the proposed 6” extruded curb in accordance with UDC 7.4.6-F.2 11. Space depth for the proposed parking reconfiguration shall follow UDC Figure 7.4.6-A “Motor Vehicle Use Area Dimensions”. COMMENT: Provide painted directional arrows on the driving surface from the entry driveway through to the exit driveway indicating one-way direction of travel. 3. COMMENT: Provide signage at the eastern and western ends of the northern parking aisle indicating one-way travel and/or “Do Not Enter” warnings.
