Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all of the Site Landscape and NPPO Section review comments have been addressed.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS PREPARED PRIOR TO FORMAL SUBMITTAL OF YOUR TURF REBATE APPLICATION. FOR REAL TIME COORDINATION WITH TUCSON WATER, PLEASE ADD CODY WOODEN AS A CONTACT WITHIN YOUR ACCOUNT. INCLUDE CODY’S EMAIL WHEN ADDING CONTACT INFORMATION.

1. Prepare a new Development Package. The new Development Plan can be drafted by hand or using AutoCAD. A previously approved Development Package from the subject parcel can be used for reference as a template or as a base for the new Development Package. The layout must be to scale with a north arrow and show specific landmarks (property lines, streets, parking lots, buildings, existing landscape areas, etc.).

2. The new planting plan drawing to include area(s) of turf to be removed and total square footage, placement of drought tolerant plant material covering 50% of the square footage of removed turf, show the area depressed 6” maximum for rainwater harvesting and include an inorganic ground cover, example: 2” depth of ½” screened rock. Show the irrigation point of connection to the existing irrigation system or mainline. Include a pressure reducing valve for the conversion from a spray system to a drip or bubbler system. Include valves, and poly drip line to the proposed drought tolerant plants.
