Provide all seven sheets of the approved Development Package plan set revised to reflect these storm-drain relocations, with delta-1 revision clouds clearly indicating all changes. [AM Section 2-06.3.0 and AM Section 2-10.0.0] 2. Sheet CS01 – Contact Section: Include contact information for Taylor Bills, PE in the list of contacts on the cover sheet. [AM Section 2-06.4.1.C] 3. Sheet CS01 – Revision Documentation: Provide delta-1 cloud revisions on the sheet index indicating all sheets that have changed. Provide delta-1 cloud revisions on all affected plan sheets identifying modifications resulting from this submittal. |
