Site Engineering Review Comments:
1. Provide a geotechnical statement from the geotechnical engineer certifying that the proposed Swale to the West of the structure would be advisable & compliant with overall geotechnical analysis. The report describes that positive drainage should be maintained at least 10-ft beyond the perimeter of the building. Per the Drainage Manual 7.6.5 – buildings are to be setback 10-feet from drainage swales. It may be determined that the swale may need to be grouted to prevent Signiant infiltration near the building foundation.
