This plan has been reviewed for compliance with applicable development criteria in the City of Tucson Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-11 and Technical Manual (TM) Section for landscape, native plants, and water harvesting.

Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Landscape/NPPO Review Section comments are addressed.

SITE LANDCAPE/NPPO COMMENTS:

1. The grayed back spot elevations on sheet WH01 are helpful in depiction how the water is flowing on site for reference. Some of the spot elevations are over lapping and difficult to read and hinder the overall legibility of the plan. Should the elevation information be removed all together, as the CRWHP is referencing the grading plan for basin construction? The flow arrows, basin (WHIA) outlines and subwatershed outlines depict the intent pretty clearly.

2. The WHIA just to the north of the two-story building is missing. Add the linework to match the grading plan.

3. Label the project property lines/project limits on all plan sheets in the landscape set (planting, irrigation, rainwater harvesting and NPPO).

4. The depressed landscape area detail G on sheet L03 is good. Can approximate desired tree and shrub locations within the basin be added to the detail for contractor clarity?
