Site Engineering Review Comments:
1. Application incomplete:
a. Provide total cut/fill quantities and total area of disturbance on grading plan sheet
2. After initial review of plan set and drainage report, it was determined that a dry-well is proposed. It will be required prior to complete submission and review of TD-DEV-0226-00044, that floodplain administration approval be provided regarding the dry-well. This is in compliance with DSSDR 4.19.1.1 – “approval from Floodplain Administrator prior to the first submittal of the tentative plat or development plan.”
a. Please contact floodplain administration at Alfred.Zuniga@tucsonaz.gov or Austin.Wesnitzer@tucsonaz.gov or Elizabeth.Eberbach@tucsonaz.gov
b. If approval is given, provide the required infiltration testing in regard to the location of the proposed dry-well. If unapproved, then this will not be required.
c. If approval is given, provide a letter that addresses each one of the dry well requirements/key-points found in DSSDR 4.19.
3. Provide all City of Tucson Hydrologic Data sheets used for computing the 2-, 10-, & 100-year peak discharges. Pima County Data sheets will not be accepted.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Marco Contreras at Marco.contreras@tucsonaz.gov
