Site Engineering Review Comments:
1. Application incomplete – after review of the plan set, using the scales provided, it was determined that there is an increase of impervious surface exceeding ~ 2000 square feet. In compliance with the City of Tucson Retention requirements, first flush will be required for the proposed increase of impervious area. For resubmission, please provide a drainage document that demonstrates compliance with the first flush requirement. DSSDR 2.1.2.b Please provide calculations and retention volume necessary to retain the first-flush runoff volume from new impervious and disturbed areas.
