03/24/2026 Site Zoning Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. COMMENT: Approval of land division permit TD-DIV-1225-00109 is required before final Site Zoning approval of this permit can be provided. See comments 2 and 3 from the previous Site Zoning review, provided below:

2. COMMENT: 2-06.4.9.E – Previous comment 11 not addressed. It appears that a land split is proposed. This land split will need to be submitted and approved prior to approval of this DP. Provide the case number assigned to the land split adjacent to the title block in the lower right corner of each sheet once it has been applied for.

3. COMMENT: 2-06.4.9.L – Previous comment 14 not addressed yet. There is a “PROP. CROSS ACCESS EASMENT” shown on the plan. This easement will need to be recorded prior to approval of this DP. Provide the recordation information on the plan once the lot split has been recorded.
