Recommend positioning compactor at a 30 degree angle, in like manner as the adjacent compactor area to the west. Refer to TSM 8-01.5.0 for enclosure and maneuvering requirements and include all details within DP.

1. COMMENT: Include an index of sheets in the development package shall be provided on the first sheet.

2. COMMENT: Provide the name, mailing and email addresses, and phone number of the primary property owner of the site, the developer of the project, registrant(s), and other person(s), firm(s), or organization(s) that prepared the development package documents shall be provided on the right half of the cover sheet. The applicable registration or license number shall be provided if prepared by or with the assistance of a registered professional, such as a surveyor, architect, landscape architect, or engineer. All sealing shall be consistent with Arizona Board of Technical Registration guidelines.

3. COMMENT: Include the case number, TD-DEV-0225-00042, in the lower right corner near the title block.

4. COMMENT: Update the General Note to state “the existing and proposed use is Retail – General Merchandise Sales, excluding large retail establishments subject to use specific standard 4.9.9.B.1”

5. COMMENT: Include the square footage of each building. Refer to DP12-0042 for the most recent approved development package containing this information.

6. COMMENT: Provide site boundary information, including bearing in degrees, minutes, and seconds, together with distances in feet, to hundredths of a foot, or other functional reference system. Refer to DP12-0024 for this information.

7. COMMENT: Include the recording information for the adjacent streets and label they are public. Place the recording information under the street label as Maps & Plats, Book 17, Page 75 (PUBLIC)

8. COMMENT: Dimension the 3 proposed parking spaces.

9. COMMENT: The last approved development package, DP12-0024, shows 13 parking spaces on the southern property line but they are not demonstrated on the site plan and do not appear on the aerial imagery. Clarify if these parking spaces are there and if they are not, update the parking calculation for the shopping center to reflect the provided parking.

10. COMMENT: Include the parking calculation for the entire shopping center. Refer to DP12-0024 for the most recent approved development package.

11. COMMENT: Address Environmental Services and Site Engineering comments.
