07/24/2025 External Reviewers - COT Environmental Services Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT The orientation of the compactor does not appear to have changed and the current layout appears to conflict with the ability for a service vehicle to position in front of compactor.

1. The 14 ft. x 40 ft. clear approach in front of the compactor is not called out nor is the required turning radii of 36 ft. inside x 50ft. outside to demonstrate maneuvering requirements. Refer to TSM 8-01.5.3.B & E.
2. As recommended previously, positioning the compactor in the same manner as the neighboring compactors shown within the site plan, or at a 30 degree angle, should meet requirements.
