This development is located in the S.E. quarter of the N.E. quarter of Section 19, Township 15S, Range 15E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies parcel number 141-36-6950, covers approximately 1.69 ± acres, and is zoned as Planned Area Development 7 (PAD-7). The nearest major roadway intersection is East Camino Boleadoras and South Kolb Road, approximately 50 feet to the northeast of the subject development. This site does lie within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. Below are the responses that the FAA Notice Criteria Tool provided on the applicant’s project. 1. Your proposed structure exceeds an instrument approach area by 22 feet and aeronautical study is needed to determine if it will exceed a standard of subpart C of 14CFR Part 77. The FAA, in accordance with 77.9, requests that you file. 2. Your proposed structure is in proximity to a navigation facility and may impact the assurance of navigation signal reception.
