The 60 day neighborhood meetings requirement of UDC Article 3.2.2.C.1.c has been exceeded. Based on a 12/05/23 meeting date and an application date of 02/015/24 the meeting was held 72 days prior to the submittal. Per UDC Article 3.2.2.C.1.c the meeting shall occur not more than 60 days prior to the date of the submittal of the application.
