In addition, 15 lots have revised FFE values. The following comments are based on the elevations of the current submittal: 1. Revise the site drawing to indicate that backwater valves will be required for lots 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 81, ,and 205 because the rim elevation of the next upstream sanitary manhole is less than 12” below the proposed first floor elevations. Reference: Section 714.1, IPC 2018, as amended by the City of Tucson. 2. Revise the site drawing to indicate that backwater valves will not be required for lots 4, 5, 8,9, 12, 67-70, 82, 83, 159, 168-172, 177-189, 203, and 204 because the rim elevation of the next upstream sanitary manhole is 12” or more below the proposed first floor elevations. Reference: Section 714.1, IPC 2018, as amended by the City of Tucson. 3. The need for a backwater valve for lots 17 through 20 is not known because the upstream manhole is not labeled. |
