This development is located in the N.W. quarter of the N.W. quarter of Section 30, Township 14S, Range 14E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies parcel number 129-14-164A, covers approximately 0.806 ± acres, and is zoned as Residence 3 Zoning (R-3). The nearest major roadway intersection is East 39th Street and South Euclid Road, approximately 50 feet to the northeast of the subject development. This site does lie within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the proposed project and is not requiring a resubmittal.
