It is important to note that any costs incurred in the removal or relocation of existing TEP facilities will be charged to the developer, as TEP facilities are currently situated within the boundaries of the proposed plat. To initiate service for the new development, please contact the New Construction Department at 520-918-8300. It is required that you submit a final set of approved plans, which should include detailed information regarding electrical load and offsite improvement plans. This information is critical for TEP to determine the most effective means of servicing your development. Should easements be necessary for any new TEP facilities, these will be secured through a separate legal instrument.
