Although the submitted development package meets the minimum requirements of Checklist for Minor Changes to Commercial/Industrial Sites for the addition of a fence the proposed use listed under General Note 3, “MULTI-FAMILY DEVELOPMENT” is not an allowed use in the zone and will require a rezoning.
