This plan has been reviewed for compliance with applicable development criteria in the City of Tucson Unified Development Code (UDC) Administrative Manual (AM) Section 2-11 and Technical Manual (TM) Section for landscape, native plants, and water harvesting.

Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all of the Site Landscape and NPPO Section review comments have been addressed.

SITE LANDSCAPE/NPPO SECTION COMMENTS:

1. On-site inspection for NPPO conducted on 11.12.2025 has revealed the following requirements to be addressed prior to the approval of this revision to the NPPO and Site Landscape plan set.

*Barrel Cacti required (15) and approximately (35) have been transplanted to the on-site temporary nursery. Update the proposed TOS quantity and excess TOS quantities to match what is on site.

*Ocotillo required (19) and approximately (19) have been transplanted to the on-site temporary nursery. Update the proposed TOS quantity and excess TOS quantities to match what is on site. Update the minus excess TOS. It appears that the total on site TOS plus mitigation should be the 19 plus the 21 required for mitigation (40 plants).

*The minus PIP credits is confusing as there are only a few PIP (INVENTORY NUMBERS: 191, 192, 193) along the east property line.

*There are no Foothill Palo Verde located in the temporary nursery and they are not included in the street landscape border. Update the proposed TOS quantity and excess TOS quantities to match what is on site. Include additional mitigation standards for these required Palo Verde that have been removed from site.

*The 3-foot height Saguaro has been transplanted within the east street landscape border along E Old Vail Road and appears to be in good health. No action required.
