It has been determined that the submitted plans reference old codes and need to be revised to reference the current code The following items need to be addressed prior to re-submittal. 2-06.2.0 APPLICATION SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS 1. COMMENT: 2-06.2.4 – As a development package is designed to allow for concurrent review of any site related reviews remove all references to the building codes and remove all building code related plans, sheets 3 – 25.. A development package (DP) meeting the requirements of the Administrative Manual Section 2-06 is required to be submitted and approved. This plan shall include all required general notes. The DP is a separate submittal from the building plans.
