This development is located in the N.E. corner of the N.E. quarter of Section 34, Township 14S, Range 13E, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian. The development site occupies parcel number 119-41-3730, covers approximately 2.1036 ± acres, and is zoned for C-2 (General Commercial). The nearest major roadway intersection is W. Ajo Way and S. Mission Road, approximately 2,500 feet to the west of the subject development. This site does lie within the Tucson International Airport avigation easement requirements and public disclosure area, FAA traffic pattern airspace, and FAA Part 77 airspace. The Tucson Airport Authority approves the proposed project and is not requiring a resubmittal.
