| 10/13/2025 | Site Engineering Standard | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | Permit: TD-DEV-0223-00141 Location: 1109 W GLENN ST Review Date: 10/13/2025 Site Engineering Comments: 1. Due to Glenn being designated as a collector street, vehicle maneuverability must be shown to demonstrate how a vehicle who attempts to use the eastern most access off Glenn can turn around onsite without having to back up into Glann ROW. This is a safety requirement and the proposed sign stating “No public access” will not suffice for this requirement.
