DP22-0255, Grenier Job Number 22065, has been submitted and is out for resubmission. This Development package is for lot 56 and includes what appears to be the same segment of Distribution Way. In addition to these, TD-DEV-1222-00077 is a development package (Out for resubmittal), Kimley-Horn project 096648052, for lots 57-59, which appears to continue the planned paving in this package to the west. Please provide a coordination plan for these various Development Packages, and a priority list explaining which elevations, etc. are primary, and anticipated sequencing. 2) In addition to this, please provide an improvements completion plan by the Rita Ranch Commerce Owners Association. Currently, 80% of the lots in this subdivision have been released to date. City of Tucson standards require full completion of all assurable items once the project reaches 75%.
