Provide the Zoning and Land Use General Note: “Drainage will remain in its natural state and will not be altered, disturbed, or obstructed other than as shown on this site plan.” AM 2-06.4.7.B.3 4. The site plan appears to have artifact/mistyped text, revise to have this text removed. This can be found within the project information section as well.
