Site Engineering Comments: 1. Provide dimension callouts for the ramp width, and landings in compliance with ADA standards for accessible routes 1007.2 a. https://www.access-board.gov/files/ada/ADA-Standards.pdf 2. Based on historical imagery of the site, provide a callout for the building downspout that appears on the northeast corner of the existing building. Demonstrate how this drainage will be managed/re-routed to ensure compliance with Technical Standards Manual 7-01.4.3E. to ensure that stormwater from roof drains, up to and including flow from the ten-year storm event, does not pass over sidewalks/pedestrian pathways.
