Site Engineering Review Comments:
1. As previously stated: This review is contingent on submission of a parcel reconfiguration that matches the parcel boundaries as configured on this plan-set. a. Full review and approval for this permit cannot be granted until approved grading development package for fill site locations (parcels 133033960, 133033970, 133033980, 133033990, 133034000, 133034010, and 13303304C
2. Previous comment #7 not fully addressed – provide a construction detail for the required temporary fencing as requested previously. [UDC 5.7.4.E]
3. Revise the cover sheet to include the name, registration number, seal, and contact information for the Geotechnical Engineer of Record, along with the name and address of the geotechnical firm. This information shall be presented with the other project registrant contact information on the cover sheet. [AM 2-06.4.1]
4. This parcel/site exists within FEA floodplain and floodway zones associated with the Agua Caliente Wash and Tanque Verde Creek, and a floodplain use (FPU) permit is needed for all building permits.
a. A floodplain use (FPU) permit (TE-FPU-0726-00293) has been administratively begun and processed for this grading permit to assure compliance with established floodplain regulations and standards. No further action is required for this comment.
5. Ensure to address all of remaining Floodplain Administration comments.
