| 08/05/2025 | Site Engineering Fast | REQUIRES RESUBMIT | 1. The as-built needs to accurately reflect the changes made from the approved plans. Include the revised keynotes on the plans along with marking out or removing keynotes that are no longer needed or used. 2. Include in the revised changes the access drive location being shifted south and the sidewalk shifting with the driveway. 3. The removal of the water harvesting basin will change the water harvesting calculations. Update as needed. 4. From map Tucson aerials it appears the entire site has been graded. Revise the limits of disturbance to reflect this and adjust the drainage report to capture this area as disturbed along with the removal of the water harvesting retention basin in the calculations of detention and first flush. 5. Retention basins over 9 inches deep require infiltration testing to ensure the basins will drain down within the allotted 12 hours per code. Include the infiltration test results in the next submittal. Stephen Blood (520) 837-4958 Stephen.blood@tucsonaz.gov |
