Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Landscape/NPPO Review Section comments are addressed. COMMENTS: This submittal is missing the following documents: 1. NPPO or NPPO Waiver form found here: https://cms3.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/NPPOapp.pdf This must be filled out by a licensed professional, ie. Arborist or Landscape Architect 2. Irrigation Plan 3. The correct Landscape construction details, including irrigation, most of which can be found here: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/tdot/landscape-architects 4. Commercial Rainwater Harvesting Plan, including a site water budget which shows how the requirements of the commercial rainwater harvesting ordinance is met.
