3. Update DP utility sheets to match provided sheets for this utility permit.
07/07/2025 Commercial Plumbing - Standard REQUIRES RESUBMIT 1. All plumbing associated with water service lines shall conform to the requirements of the 2018 edition of the International Plumbing Code, including local amendments from City of Tucson, not the Uniform Plumbing Code. (See “PRIVATE WATER AND BACKFLOW ASSEMBLIES”, sheet 3 of 12.)
2. All design standards, materials and workmanship for public sanitary sewers shall comply with the Pima County Regional Wastewater Reclamation Department (PCRWRD) adopted the 2022 Engineering Design Standards and the 2022 Standard Specifications and Details for Construction. (See “PRIVATE SEWER NOTES”, sheet C3.)
3. Design of the building sewer shall comply with the 2018 edition of the International Plumbing Code including local amendments from City of Tucson.
4. The maximum distance between cleanouts in the building sewer shall be 100 feet, measured along the developed pipe length from the upstream entrance of the cleanout. Reference: Section 708.1.1, IPC 2018.
