2. For multiple users to use a common connection to the public sewer, either a recorded Joint Sewer User Agreement or similar statements (e.g. the agreement runs with the land, that addresses the possible liability for sewer failures, describes access and maintenance responsibilities, and hold the City of Tucson and Pima County harmless for any damages caused by sewer issues) within the recorded CC& Rs are required.
3. The rim elevation of the next upstream sanitary manhole (9444-26, 2963.38’) is less than 12” below the first floor elevation of lot #3 (2964.30’). Provide a note on the plans requiring the installation of a backwater valve when future plumbing activities take place. Reference: Section 714.1, IPC 2018, as amended by the City of Tucson.
