Per West University Design Guidelines, fences facing the front cannot be more than 4' high. Ensure the height is on the elevations.

Once the Design Package is deemed complete and fees are paid, staff will schedule a Minor Review with representatives of the applicable Historic Zone Advisory Board and the Tucson-Pima County Historical Commission, Plans Review Subcommittee. Following board and commission review, comments will be forwarded to the PDSD Director, who makes the final decision.

This site is located within the HR-2 Zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10.

RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Please correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed.

1. Please resubmit the next plans and include the Historic Design Review decision letter. Until the Historic Design Review is completed, Site Zoning is not able to approve the site plan.

2. The site plan submitted was insufficient for staff review. Submit a site/plot plan.
