A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. (Comment) The east lot line indicated on the site plan is incorrect. The east and west lot lines are 105’. 2. (Comment) Per previously approved plans at this lot, the setback between the house and the property line is 5’, while the submitted plans indicate that the setback is 7’4”.
