A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. Please revise the site plan. Lined paper is not accepted. Although most, if not all information has been provided, the information discussed in the 01/13/26 review needs to be located on a single site plan including the lot coverage, utility line locations, neighbor waivers, and other information provided on separate sheets with this submittal. The exceptions to this information are the building elevations and construction plans. Having everything on one site plan allows us to place our approval stamps on it. Since the earlier residential zoning review, simpler instructions for a Full site plan review are now available.
