This project/site resides within the recognized City of Tucson Christmas Wash Floodplain and will require the submission and approval of a floodplain use (FPU) permit for work within a floodplain. The FPU permit is a separate permit that can be submitted for within the "Sub-Records" tab of this associated building permit through TDC online. 2. For the submission of the FPU permit, provide an updated set of construction documents per reviewer’s comments. 3. A hydrology report completed by a hydrologist or registered engineer to establish the size and configuration of flow-through wall openings. 4.
