A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6. Comment: Zoning staff was unable to complete a review based on the information provided. A site plan should be submitted and designed to include the following information: lot lines and dimensions of the parcel; address; owner information; footprints of all existing structures on the property; details of the materials to be used for the new proposed roof. An aerial image of the site may be used in place of a traditional site plan, as long as the above information is still included.
