Upon review of this permit and CE-VIO1025-04675 there are downstream impacts of the proposed wall, flood venting will be required. 3. Flood venting should be added every 5 feet along the wall. The opening dimensions will be 12inch wide X 6 Inch tall at grade. Please show a detail on the construction plan for a typical wall section with required flood venting. For resubmission, provide the revised construction plans. 4. A hydrology report can be obtained and submitted demonstrating alternative findings or flood venting requirements.
