3. Please amend plans to show the following information.
A. Building sewers smaller than 8 inches shall have cleanouts located at intervals of not more than 100 feet 2018 IRC P3005.2
B. Where a horizontal drainage pipe, a building drain or a building sewer has a change of horizontal direction greater than 45 degrees, a cleanout shall be installed at the change of direction. 2018 IRC P3005.2.4
C. The junction of the building drain and the building sewer shall be served by a cleanout that is located at the junction or within 10 feet of the junction. 2018 IRC P3005.2.3
6. Please show on plans the finish floor elevation and the next upstream manhole cover elevation and provide backwater valve(s) as follows; where the finish floor elevation is less than 12 inches above the elevation of the next upstream manhole cover in the sewer, a backwater valve shall be installed in the building drain or branch of the building drain serving that floor. 2018 IRC P3008.1 as amended
