(Comment) A Design Development Option has been submitted for approval of the reduced setbacks and perimeter wall height. Site Zoning cannot approve this plan until the DDO for reduced setbacks and increased wall heights is processed and approved and the appeal period has completed. 2. (Comment) Once the DDO is complete and the appeal period over, please attach the approval letter to this permit and part of your resubmittal. Please send a direct email to fernando.garcia2@tucsonaz.gov so I can pull the permit to provide final approval. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Final Zoning Review approval of this plan will occur once the submitted DDO for reduced setbacks and increased wall heights has been completely processed and/or approved and appeal period completed.
