Additionally, please submit complete copies of all permit documents (i.e. plans, calculations, reports, etc.) even if they have not been changed. Please note the submittal was incomplete and the plan review was conducted using the information presented. The subsequent review could generate more comments after original comments have been addressed. 1. The location of the repair would indicate that there is a private sewer line from the addressed property to the intersection shown. No record of an approved private sewer line is available. Each dwelling requires an independent sewer connection from the dwelling to the Pima County sewer connection, 2018 IPC 701.3. A private sewer connection across multiple property lines requires an appeal to the building official for approval. 2. Please provide additional information and records of the private sewer line and easement documentations. Otherwise show compliance with 2018 IPC 701.3. 3. The following conditions have has been added to this permit: A. This project requires submission and approval of a Right-of-Way (ROW) permit prior to issuance of this permit. B. Sewer Receipt/Wastewater Utility Fee Separate submittal to PC RWRD is required for new connections to sewer, new water meters and upsized water meters.
